DIY (DO-IT-YOURSELF) OPTION
As an alternative to our fully-produced initiatives, CFC has recently introduced a DIY (DO-IT-YOURSELF) model that offers you an option to manage select projects in-house, with your existing team of project leaders. This DIY blueprint allows you to avoid the dreaded 'learning curve' that one experiences during 20 years of managing similar cause events.
With more than 600 projects under our founder's belt, he has successfully has successfully managed 20,000 employee volunteers.
His team-building events have had as few as 12 volunteers, and as many as 300 volunteers, at one single site. He has managed a single day of 50 separate cause events and more than 2,000 volunteers scattered throughout the region.
There are a multitude of mistakes, misjudgments, and miscalculations that can be made with these type of volunteer-driven cause events. Some of these may appear to be obvious and can be minimized in advance with proper planning and organization. However, many of these pitfalls that may seem relatively minor prior to planning can easily explode without warning. Our experience can prepare your team leaders to eliminate or minimize these issues.
Corporations For Communities provides training materials, one-on-one and group webinars, teleconferences, podcasts, networking opportunities, collaboration, and membership in the preferred buying group (saving your company substantial money).
